JOINING THE PRACTICE
You or your children can be registered on the practice list for continuing care. This arrangement entitles you to receive NHS care at the practice, with supplementary
private treatments if you so wish. To stay on our practice list requires regular dental examination as recommended.
APPOINTMENTS AND EMERGENCIES
You can make an appointment by telephone or you can call in to make arrangements. If you need to be seen urgently, telephone the surgery for advice.
If treatment is essential, we will do our best to arrange it within 24 hours. For emergencies out of hours you should phone Stockton 674313
Please give us as much notice as possible if you have to cancel an appointment. We might make a charge if you do not give reasonable notice for private treatment. We may not be able to continue to offer you NHS appointments where late cancellation or failure to attend has occurred. Once your initial treatment is complete, we encourage you to come back to the practice at regular intervals to see that everything is going well.
We operate a recall system to remind you when your next visit is due and will send a check up appointment by post at the appropriate time.
HOW WE LOOK AFTER AND REGULATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal Data about you is held in the practice's computer system and/or in a manual filing system .The information is not accessible to the public and only authorised members of staff have access to it .It is only used in relation to your Dental treatment and will never be disclosed to a third party ,without your permission .
